We treat property data with the care it deserves.

What we collect

Account data (name, email), property interactions (saved listings, viewing requests), and AI assistant prompts. We do not sell or rent personal data.

How we use data

To improve search relevance, personalise recommendations, and operate role-based features (admin, agent, user). We rely on RBAC and audit trails for sensitive actions.

Where data lives

Production data is stored in encrypted Postgres (Supabase) with media offloaded to Cloudinary. Access is restricted via least-privilege service roles.

Your controls

Update or delete your account at any time. Request a data export, opt out of marketing emails, or revoke AI assistant access from your dashboard.
